   Open Right to work

   Open People, then Immigration, and go to Right to work.

   Start a check

   Select the worker and start a check. For most people you use an online share code check.

   Enter the share code

   Enter the share code and date of birth, or ask the worker to submit their code through a secure link with no login.

   Record the outcome

   Save the result. A valid check gives you a statutory excuse, and British and Irish citizens do not need one.

   Set a follow-up if time limited

   If the right to work is time limited, Empliora sets a follow-up date and reminds you before it expires.
